Brendan’s distinguished building career commenced at the age of 17, as a carpenter. Once qualified, he worked on a variety of quality projects from housing, commercial to high-rise buildings. During this time, Brendan ran a successful carpentry business and for a period of seven years was tasked with supervising some of Perth’s finest builders, before making the move to start his own boutique building company. 

An extremely “hands on” builder, Brendan understands building a property is arguably one of the most expensive and important decisions people make in life and should not be approached lightly. This is why he works tirelessly to ensure the project is a pleasant and reasonably simple experience. For Brendan, the finish is everything. Put simply: ‘no stone unturned, no corners cut’, and that’s why he is on-site daily to ensure high standards are met and so clients can consult with him whenever necessary.
