Perth’s property predictions for 2017 (and why now’s the perfect time to plan to build or renovate)

The Real Estate Institute of WA recently revealed Perth’s median house price increased by almost 2 per cent in the three months to December to $535,000, showing consumer confidence is on the rise. In particular, they believe Perth’s premium suburbs are set to benefit in 2017. The beach-side suburb of Scarborough – already a popular choice with our past building clients -  is tipped to be one of the suburbs to watch over the coming year, having recorded a median house price of $621,000 in the last quarter.
